Yea sleeping in was very much needed, and also talking to my friend this weekend have really boosted my life balance in the right direction, also realising how important balance really is i have decided I am gonna change a few thing in my own life.
For starters im gonna focus abit more on health, and this will make me change some habits that are not good to have and remove them out of my system!
So starting tomorrow I will be making a schedule for mental and physical health:
Meditation, walks, morning routine (situps/pushups). Stuff that can make me feel better and get better. This wont be easy as I will probably slip down into a few depressive fits but yea the first step and the first few days will always be the hardest as I need to reprogram my mind and body that this is what we are gonna do now!
So making a schedule and sticking to it is the first priority and not go over the top from the start!
