So yea today i decided to try a new workout wich i thought was on the easy side but oh boy was i wrong!
So yesterdays training was a light one in exhange for the one i did today! I really did just go into the app and then i chose a suggested training course and it was not really that easy to deal with and when it was 2 minutes left my arms and legs were burning and i could not even muster the energy to lift them! That how intense the course was!
So yea my body is now screaming at me but it was good and now its a new week infront of me!
