Today started really nice, chill morning and then the rest of the day just flew by and i had to do some cleaning so i did that and it was done pretty quickly, but i also feel the training regiment i did yesterday so i know it is doing something good!
But the day didnt end that way, my friend i have been talking about lately have had a rough time and today was not an exception.. I was worried but they asked me for space and i respect that request and will just send some nice messages to ask that they will be okay and if they need anything they can just reach out.
So yea now im stepping onto a new week with abit of an heavy heart but it will be fine!
