So yea today i had some really bad luck and it really could have been a better day but the weather was atleast nice but yea im in abit of pain!
So yea during an outing today at work i fell down the stairs when i was trying to help someone in a couple of stairs and i fell down them… I had to flip over onto my own back to make sure noone was hurt.
Now im abit winded and my side feels abit of discomfort but im alive! But probably gonna be abit in pain for the next few days but that is all good!
Now onto the rest of the week!
