Monday well this didnt end well..

So yea today was a pretty calm day until around 7pm..

So yea at around 7pm i got a phonecall from my sister saying there was a family emergency so i she was coming to pick me up, then about an hour later i sat in an room on the ER from about 8:15pm until 11:30pm due to this emergency.

Now im exausted and it was not a pleasant evening and i hope that this will be fine but for now its stable but i still feel worried and slightly stressed.

So i taken tuesday and wednesday of work for starters but if nothing changes by wednesday im off work for the rest of the week.
